Angela's principal research interests are in information systems implementation (broadly understood), and in particular in the areas of use of IT in business, evaluation of information systems, the study of systems in use, and users acceptance of systems. Besides information systems, e-commerce is another area of interest especially in the areas of online consumer behaviours, information systems and technologies that support e-commerce, and e-commerce business.
