Susan Heath (Music and interaction) is a founder of Decoda, a Hastings-based social enterprise, set up in 2003 and dedicated to pushing back the boundaries of what's considered possible for those with profound disabilities. Their main focus is now the Music Gym, an innovative interactive music and movement facility for sports halls.
