Dr Colin Singleton is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Reading specialising in the application of mathematics to business and industry. He has worked as a business consultant for 6 years in Retail, CPG and Telecoms industries. As well as holding a Cambridge PhD in astrophysics, he is a part-qualified accountant and has also developed business-modelling software for the Telecoms industry. He is currently researching a new mathematical technique for marketing analysis with which he is planning on establishing his own company.
