Mark Sandler is Director of the Centre for Digital Music at Queen Mary. The Centre specialises in applications of Digital and Computer technologies to Music and Audio. This includes work on music distribution, music search and archiving, interaction, live performance and more. The Centre has held several conferences in the past 5 years and in 2009 will host the summer MPEG meeting. Mark is active in the Audio Engineering Society, and on the Technical Committees of several international conferences in the area.
